DA4 has been teased for a very long time now. I wonder where the game is in terms of development. I recently installed Underworld, but the paperdolls of my party are gone.
Was this part of an update? Given Bioware's enormous fall from grace, I doubt very much this will be worthwhile. This series is little more than a bad joke now much like Bioware itself. I completely agree with the leveling up issue.. I actually never bothered very much with the single player campaign in NWN. I had a lot of fun running my own online campaign for a few weeks, but basically it came down to time limits - work on my pen and paper RPG or my NWN one.
Well, despite the advances of the NWN Toolset, pen and paper is still easier and more fullfilling. All that said so you understand my perspective , the WW series looks very promising, BUT this first chapter is very short.
I've read comments that it would take you 2 - 5 hours to finish I think I did it in 2. Some of the persistent worlds - if they do good roleplay - might be a better choice than the single player campaign. Its key writer was Rob Bartel. Its plot and themes share similarities to Planescape Torment.
The unfortunate consequences meant that the remaining parts could not be released, either officially or for free fan-made. Witch's Wake begins with a cut scene of you dying in a battlefield, with the prince also dying next to you.
After a few short exchanges the prince, dies and the screen fades to black. You awaken with no memory of why you are where you are or what happened, which according to Rob, is a nod to planescape torment. Just booted up Infinite Dungeons Premium, and it seems to be working fine and dandy here Both the load game and start new game features worked, and the delay was about 1 second of verification, and a 3 second wait for the play demo screen to disappear and game to continue loading.
You're right! That turned out to be the cause. Actually Kingmaker, Shadowguard, and Witches-Wake shipped bundled with nwn diamond DVD, and so they shouldn't require Master server authentication the way that way the other premiums do. I have the Platinum edition and the Kingmaker bundle CD. If I copy the installation files to my hard drive and install from there, they act like the DRM download copies and start demanding authentication which I discovered the hard way when I was without Internet.
If I install them off the CD directly, there's no authentication check Although with Windows 8, the installation is a bit wonky and sometimes crashes out unless I first browse the CD to install the 1. The installer is going to try to do itself and if it crashes, it will either be while trying to get ready to install that patch or while installing it. If I do that first, I can run the autorun and the modules will install just fine. Clients DO NOT require ANY host changes to play online or premiums, they just need skywings client extender or loader, plus the gamespy dll repacement.
And btw It is written explicitly they are recommended. I see. I haven't read closely enough, it seems. Nope, I'm definitely not offended, my friend. But "related and recommended" not exactly equal to: "required", thus listing these two Fixes as "Related projects" instead "Required projects" is the right move in my opinion - and thanks for fixing this. If it is creating an issue with WCOC, I'll check it out later when I have some time to see if I can reproduce any issues then see what I can do to create compatibility with it The first of these seems very reasonable considering WCOC's initial premise of you being an adventurer that came back home after reaching level seven to help out at the family farm.

I guess it's another game marching towards photo realism. Which is OK, but I'd rather they changed some of the gameplay elements, like your damn weapon wearing out after two shots and being constantly overloaded and shuffling inventory every two minutes.
I'll see how this develops. DAI wasn't great, more of a mixed bag, but I didn't hate it. This cinematic offered nothing new though I guess? If you've played through the Trespasser DLC that is. DA4 has been teased for a very long time now.

But my script has encryption keys for the premium modules in it that are needed to create the dats, so that's why I'm asking if people would be OK with it being posted.
Premiums are accessible from bioware site, but they never said it is abandonware so we should be careful ;. Ok, decided to remove the crypto keys from the script. I've modified it to grab them from the master server.
So, this script will work for as long as the master server is up and freely allowing anyone to authenticate. Using the info inside the script, it should be trivial to extract the keys from the dats. There's info in the script on how the keys are used to decrypt the HAK files for the modules. And which version of PyCrypto would be sufficient for that: 2. Or maybe it doesn't matter? Any instructions on how to use this?
Python 2. And it doesn't require connection to BioWare server, so it'll work even after BW decides to shut it down completely. I have been playing the premium mods on my laptops. It was no problem I just had to wait a few seconds for it authorize me to play. But just now found out I am unable to play the mods. It wont authorize and let me play. This is on both of my laptops. Does anyone know why I am unale to play the premium mods now?
Until today I had no problems. I installed Pirates of the Sword Coast What a crap :. Just played king maker and voted. Great mod! Just finished Shadowguard and I have to say I'm a bit disappointed by the end. It just stopped cold. No good reason to end there, no real conclusion, it just stopped. I feel like it was unfinished. There should have been more to it. Otherwise a good story with proper balance. Went from level I got enough xp at the last battle to level up, but the mod ended before I could take my level.
I just finished Wyvern Crown of Cormyr and I thought it was fantastic. The jousting part was not my cuppa, but the rest was excellent. The mod was balanced quite well and I never felt it was too much of a challenge.
I went from level 1 to 12 as a cleric. I did not get to finish all the quests, but I was quite satisfied. I like that there was a bit of resolution at the end, but I would have preferred to go back to town and sell some items, and if possible kill that annoying dragon.
